Centro 3R Young Scientist Award

Apply now, Young Scientist Award. 2^nd Centro 3R Annual Meeting

To promote the 3R principles, the Centro3R supports the participation of young scientists (age 35 or under) and encourages the presentation of abstracts and Poster presentations on their research activity within the Centro3R’s 6 affiliated universities. Young scientists from institutions interested in promoting the 3Rs are also invited to submit abstracts.

Young scientists, postgraduate- or PhD-students must submit an abstract to abstracts@centro3r.it by 15^th May 2019. The abstract must be a one page pdf file. In addition, they have to register for the conference on the website (www.centro3r.it).

To enter the best abstract award competition, the abstract must be accompanied by a copy of a document proving that they are working in a research Team, within one of the Centro3R affiliated universities.

A Committee of experts will evaluate all incoming applications according to the following criteria to select the 6 Best Abstracts

(i) 3R relevance

(ii) Scientific value

The winners coming from one of the affiliated universities will receive a Certificate and 1 night’s free accommodation. 

In addition, there will be a Poster Award: Posters will be judged by expert committee during the conference and the 3 BEST Posters will be awarded prizes and certificates.
